Isn't Product Management easy?
A really complete chart covering most of the most popular frameworks
Product Management looks easy ☝️ right?
Jokes aside, if you get to understand the principles behind every part of this graph, you will have the foundations to (maybeee) build a successful product.
It’s a great (but equally exahusting) chart built by Misael Neto aggregating the most common PM frameworks, covering Marty Cagan, John Cutler, Gibson Biddle and many more.
It truly shows:
- The depth at which PMs need to operate
- Why it's not for everyone, given the deviation of themes
- The power and responsibility that comes with the role
- The constant need to improve yourself, since these frameworks evolve constantly
I'm still amazed companies either delay hiring PMs, don't see them fitting in their orgs, or don't see the reason to have empowered product-led teams.
