I have a belief that the majority of product managers tend to fall into this planning fallacy, that they're way too optimistic. Even engineering teams, way too optimistic on their estimations, way too optimistic on how fast things can get done. Do you feel this is true? And what do you do to actually get out of this planning fallacy and make things a bit more accurate when you estimate?
