Happiness is the positive difference between your expectations and reality. Underpromising gives you leeway to deliver happiness.

Impact is what everyone expects from your execution. Overdelivering ensures your strategy makes the difference.

Underpromising ambitiously makes the company trust the targets you set yourself and your team. Overdelivering ambitiously makes your product win with margin.

Delivering on all four will make you, and your team, superstars.
